How much does mediation cost?

We will always look for available funding to support your discussions in mediation. These funding options will be described, below.

Here is some information from the Family Mediation Council (FMC) relating to average fees for mediation:

Our fees, when no funding is available, are lower than the average and are as follows:

·      MIAM mediation assessment meetings: £110.00

·      Mediation session fees per hour £240.00 (shared between the participants at £120 each). This includes the summary of key discussion points or agreements from each session.

Drafting of Open Financial Statement (OFS) and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for financial agreements £120 per person.
